Wesal Charity Organization (operating as “Wessal Charity”) is a Wyoming public-benefit nonprofit corporation, incorporated on February 1, 2026 (Wyoming Filing ID 2026-001882309), Federal EIN 41-4036172. Registered office: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
How contributions are handled
The organization is the merchant of record for all donations. Contributions are pooled to program areas and directed to where the need is greatest. We maintain segregated accounting for restricted gifts and documented procurement and approval procedures. A modest, disclosed portion of each contribution covers payment processing and operating costs so programs are delivered responsibly and sustainably.
Payments & security
Card payments are processed by Stripe on PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure. We never see or store card details. We do not conduct anonymous, peer-to-peer, or third-party fundraising.
Tax status
Our 501(c)(3) federal tax-exempt determination is in progress. Until granted, contributions are not represented as tax-deductible in the United States. Annual and financial reports are published as completed.
Segregated funds
Restricted gifts are accounted for separately and used as designated.
Documented controls
Procurement, approvals, and disbursements follow written procedures.
