Who operates the programs?
Wesal Charity Organization operates its programs directly, in partnership with accredited local implementers. We are the organization receiving and stewarding all contributions.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Wesal Charity Organization is a Wyoming public-benefit nonprofit corporation with Federal EIN 41-4036172. Our 501(c)(3) tax-exempt determination is currently in progress; until it is granted we do not represent contributions as federally tax-deductible. Every completed gift receives an official receipt showing our legal name and EIN for your records.
Donations
How are funds used?
Contributions are pooled to program areas and directed to where the need is greatest. A modest, disclosed portion covers payment processing and operations so programs run responsibly. We do not raise funds for named individuals.
Can I give monthly?
Yes. You can choose a one-time or monthly gift at checkout. Monthly giving helps us plan program delivery with confidence.
How are payments secured?
Payments are processed by Stripe on their PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure. Wesal Charity Organization is the merchant of record; we never see or store your card details.
Transparency
Where can I see your finances?
Our Financial Transparency page describes how funds are raised, held, and spent, along with our legal registration and governance. Annual and financial reports are published as they are completed.
Who governs the organization?
Wesal Charity Organization was incorporated in Wyoming in 2026 as a public-benefit nonprofit. It is led by its founder and is actively expanding its independent board of directors; leadership is listed on our About page.
